Scrap Surge Privacy Policy
Scrap Surge ("the game") is made by FlouLox Studios ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the game uses, why, who it is shared with, and the choices you have. If you have a question or a request, email contact@flouloxstudios.com.
What stays on your device
Your game progress (scrap, gems, modules, paint jobs, missions, settings and so on) is saved on your device only. We do not receive it. Uninstalling the game, or using Settings → Reset progress, deletes it. Reminders are planned on your device too, and you can turn them off in Settings.
What we collect

We do not ask for your real name, email address, contacts, location or photos, and we do not sell personal information.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The game offers optional rewarded video ads (you choose to watch one in return for an in-game reward). Ads are provided by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google may collect and use information such as your device's advertising ID, IP address, device and app information, and how you interact with ads. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, the game asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown, using Google's consent message; you can change your choice at any time with Settings → Ad privacy choices in the game.

Purchases
In-app purchases (gems, packs, paint jobs and the season pass) are handled by Google Play. We never see your payment details. We receive only a confirmation of what was bought (a purchase token and product ID) so the game can deliver it.
Who we share information with
- Other players see your call sign, scores, hull and paint job on the leaderboards.
- People you choose: a friend challenge code contains your call sign and Endless score, and an invite mentions your sector. These only go where you send them.
- Google (AdMob) for ads, as described above.
- Google Play for purchases.
- Our hosting provider, which runs the leaderboard server for us.
- Authorities, if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Leaderboard entries are kept while the leaderboards run. Weekly boards are deleted automatically after eight weeks. You can ask us to delete your leaderboard entry at any time (see below).
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR), you can ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to its use, or withdraw consent. To delete your leaderboard entry, email us your call sign and your pilot ID, which is shown at the bottom of the game's Settings. The game posts your scores again as you keep playing, so reset your progress or uninstall the game first. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on: providing the service you asked for (the leaderboards and purchases), our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure, and your consent (personalised ads).
Children
Scrap Surge is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age for consent in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy when the game changes. The date at the top shows the latest version; important changes will be announced in the game.
